• We are currently working to secure funding for updating our Strategic Framework.
  Donors, sponsors and funds need to be found for this project as it is not within our current budget.

It is important to find the appropriate facilitating company that matches our needs. Two meetings in winter 2019 have been held with facilitators. The Johnson Center at Grand Valley State University strategic planning facilitator and with two well established directors of arts organizations in our community who have recently themselves, developed a new strategic plan.
