The Holland Chorale enhances community life by inspiring involvement in the arts.OBJECTIVE #9
Support a stable, competent and competitively paid staff to carry out the goals and objectives of the Chorale.
 | The Board will employ persons who have a passion for the mission of the Chorale and who are
dedicated to achievement of the goals and objectives of the Board.
| A director of development will be appointed, or a marketing firm engaged to help accomplish the
awareness goals of the Holland Chorale.
| Sufficient pay increases will be provided so that all staff members are compensated fairly for
the services and talents they provide to the organization.
| The Board will appoint one of its members to each staff person to provide support, encouragement
and a channel of communication between the Board and the staff.
| A written performance review shall be completed for each staff person at least one time each
year.
| Success in meeting this objective will be reviewed by the Board at its April meeting.

Excellence
The Holland Chorale will present performances of the highest quality.
Musical Diversity
The Holland Chorale will provide a wide range of vocal music to its audience.
Educational Outreach
The Holland Chorale will provide experiential arts education through the Holland Chorale Community Enrichment Program and other events.
Reflection of the changing community
The Holland Chorale will consider and reflect the needs and interests of its community in all its actions.
Stability
The Holland Chorale will strengthen and sustain its long-term organizational and financial structure.
