The Holland Chorale enhances community life by inspiring involvement in the arts.OBJECTIVE #4
Actively seek new members to diversify its membership.
 | Seek diversification with respect to age, ethnic origin, and creed.
| There will be an active program of building and maintaining contacts with all minority groups in
the Holland area.
| Include representational quality choral literature from various ethnic groups into the repertory
of the Holland Chorale.
| Include at least one performance in churches representing other ethnic origins or creeds among
the annual Sacred Music Concerts.
| Initiate a high school scholarship program in which one selected senior from each high school is
invited to become a full member of the Holland Chorale for the season of his/her senior year.
| Actively seek and encourage auditions for new members whose presence will increase Chorale
diversity.
| This objective will be reviewed by the Board in the fall and will be considered achieved if
membership diversity increases each year.

The Holland Chorale will provide a wide range of vocal music to its audience.
Educational Outreach
The Holland Chorale will provide experiential arts education through the Holland Chorale Community Enrichment Program and other events.

The Holland Chorale will consider and reflect the needs and interests of its community in all its actions.
Stability
The Holland Chorale will strengthen and sustain its long-term organizational and financial structure.
