Develop programming and promotions that will attract all age groups to its performances.
 | During 2001-02, tracking and reporting methods will be set up to establish a base set of data on our audience age groups. |
| During 2001-02, research will be carried out on organizations that successfully appeal to a broad range of ages. |
| Changes in marketing, programming and measurement of their impact will be developed, along with the cost of these changes. |
| Success in achieving this objective will be reviewed at the August Board meeting. |

The Holland Chorale will provide a wide range of vocal music to its audience.

The Holland Chorale will provide experiential arts education through the Holland Chorale Community Enrichment Program and other events.

The Holland Chorale will consider and reflect the needs and interests of its community in all its actions.
Stability
The Holland Chorale will strengthen and sustain its long-term organizational and financial structure.
