The Holland Chorale enhances community life by inspiring involvement in the arts.
OBJECTIVE #1
Increase the diversity of high quality music in its performances.
 | The budget will provide support for the artistic director's attendance at choral literature and reading sessions to become aware of new or diverse choral literature. |
| Members of the Holland Chorale will be invited to submit literature for review and consideration by the artistic director, and to make comments/suggestions on choral literature under consideration. |
| At least one modern, experimental, avant-garde, or stretching choral selection will be programmed in each fall concert. |
| At least once every five years, the Holland Chorale will commission a new piece of choral literature. |
| At the fall Board meeting there will be a review of how successfully this objective has been fulfilled in the previous year, and necessary changes in strategy will be made. |

The Holland Chorale will present performances of the highest quality.
Musical Diversity
The Holland Chorale will provide a wide range of vocal music to its audience.
Educational Outreach
The Holland Chorale will provide experiential arts education through the Holland Chorale Community Enrichment Program and other events.
Reflection of the changing community
The Holland Chorale will consider and reflect the needs and interests of its community in all its actions.
Stability
The Holland Chorale will strengthen and sustain its long-term organizational and financial structure.
